[HRD] Compensation & Benefit Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll calculation including gross reconciliation, payroll distribution, journal entry and payroll slip distribution
- Prepare monthly process of employees taxes (Pph 21) with HRIS - Orange.
- Reconciliation between payroll list vs general ledger for all account which is connection with tax article and also process the final Pph 21 (yearly) for each employee
- To administer all benefit program in coordination with finance, human resources and related third party
- Maintain relationship with KPP (Tax Services Offices) and other (Jamsostek & Insurance Company)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics or Accountancy.
- andidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having sufficient understanding in Human Resources, especially for payroll & database
- Good understanding about labour regulation, tax (PPH 21), and Jamsostek
- Focused on detail
- Posses the high speed ability to understand business process.
- Man/Women. Age 25 - 35 years old
