  Field Engineer - Control - based in Jakarta (Job Code: 1296751)

Job Description:

• To ensure that the control system is in place as well as quality system is provided to the customers
• Understands the requirements and schedule of the assignments fro the customers
• Troubleshoots and fixes the machine (for example: gas/steam turbines) if there is problem occurring
• Provides maintenance, installation, startup, commissioning and maintenance to customer owned and industrial facilities
• Plans, organizes and performs multifunctional field assignments in designated areas of expertise directing the work of other field engineer and skilled labor as required, in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivers quality system to the customers
• Understanding of DLN combustion system hardware or software
• Plans, prepare and/or instructs both internal and external training programs as required to import and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in the area specialization

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge and proven experience on Gas/Steam turbine control operation system
•  Good sense of safety and security
•  Good management and leadership skills as the position requires to delegate manpower
•  Troubleshooting skills in the case where there are problems in the machinery
•  Able to work efficiently, independently without direct supervision
•  Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners
•  Must be a good team player, as the position requires working with the service managers, supervisors as well as engineers from other functional fields
•  Strong customer service-oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the assignment details
