• Fluent in oral and written English (TOEFL score min. 500)
• Master of computer software applications in their fields

ACCOUNTANT (AK) 

Minimum S1 Accounting
Minimum GPA 2.75
Maximum age 35 years
Minimum 5 years experience in reputable public accounting firm
Fluent in oral and written English (TOEFL score min. 500)
Mastering computer software applications in their fields
Having a wide networking with various financial institutions
Preferably have an understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

SENIOR ASSOCIATE (SA) 

Minimum S1 Law
3:00 a minimum GPA
Preferably male
Has experience in:
Dealing with transaction structuring in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint operation Abroad;
Litigation in the Commercial Court, Court of Industrial Relations, the Commercial Court and Arbitration
Active in English (oral & written) and other foreign-language passively (TOEFL Score min. 550)
Having networking in related government agencies
Advocates have permission

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (JA) 

Minimum S1 Law
3:00 a minimum GPA
Preferably male
Have at least 3 years working experience in Law Firm / In House Lawyer for Public Company;
Has experience in:
Handle transactions include: capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, investment contracts, contract operation & maintenance;
Handling cases in State Court litigation, arbitration, the Commercial Court;
Active English language, oral and written (TOEFL Score min. 500)

MANAGER INVESTOR RELATION & PUBLIC RELATIONS (MIR) 

Maximum age 35 years
Minimum education S1 Financial Management / Accounting, preferably S2
Minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum 3 years field experience of Investor Relations, Securities or Other Financial Institutions
Active in English (TOEFL score min. 500)
Preference will be given a Certificate of Financial Analysts (Certified Financial Analyst â CFA)

FINANCIAL ENGINEERING (FE)

Maximum age 32 years
Education Financial Management S2 with S1 Engineering background
Minimum GPA 2.75
Able to perform analysis of the feasibility study, evaluation of corporate and project financing
Preferably 2 years experience Business Development, Investments and mergers and acquisitions
Active English language, oral and written (TOEFL Score min. 500)

FINANCIAL ANALYST (FA) 

Maximum age 32 years
S2 Education Financial Management Accountant with a background
Minimum GPA 2.75
Able to perform credit analysis, feasibility studies, evaluation of corporate and project financing
Preference will be given 2 years of field experience Treasury, Banking, Investments and mergers and acquisitions
Active English language, oral and written (TOEFL Score min. 500)

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR OVERSEAS GRADUATE (MTO)

Overseas Graduate

Bachelor degree in :
Electrical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Accounting
Architecture
Tax
Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
Min. GPA 2.75
Age max. 28 years old
Preferably male
Computer literate : Microsoft / open office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)
Fluently in English and Familiar report in English (Minimun TOEFL score : 500)
