DISPATCH ENGINEER
Job Purpose
- The successful applicant will be responsible as central contact person to handle incoming service calls and to develop close working relationships with appropriate customer representatives to ensure Heidelberg is providing customer care appropriate to the customers’ needs and HID’s ability to supply. Additional job is to support Service Manager and Service Admin in day to day operation of the dispatch system.
Key skills and competencies required for the above position:
- A strong, proven track record in service operations.
- Background/experience in managing engineering staff.
- The ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to travel domestic and overseas for training.
- Holding a University degree in engineering.
- Experience in Graphics Arts Industry.
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Pleasant, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
PRODUCT SPECIALIST – REMARKETED EQUIPMENT
Job Purpose
- The successful applicant will be responsible to trade (buy and sell) remarketed equipment in accordance to agreed sales targets within Sales Service Unit Heidelberg Indonesia. The Remarketed Product Specialist is responsible to maintain good relation with internal sales colleagues, suppliers,customers, local dealers, and relevant authorities to maintain company image of professionalism and competence.
Key skills and competencies required for the above position:
- A proven track record as Sales/Engineer from graphics arts industry.
- Holding a university degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- A persuasive and business driving attitude.
- Good people skills and able to work as a team member.
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications & computer.
