Strategic Management Office (SMO) Staff

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from state university in Economics/Management/Business Administration
• Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00)
• Age maximum 28 years old
• Familiar with strategic management process and balance scorecard
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Having knowledge in Capital Market would be an advantage

Personal skills:

• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Good verbal (writing and communication) skills
• Having passion in writing and learning something new
• Self starter and able to work under minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skill
• This position is responsible for developing corporate strategy, writing business plan, maintaining corporate performance management and managing strategic implementation through various initiative/projects. Fresh graduate is welcomed, provided he or she has good knowledge and great interest in strategic management.
