Responsibilities:
This position exists to manage the delivery cement by train to warehouses from loading process, on the way to warehouse until arrival at warehouses is running well, secure, good quality and quantity, to keep warehouses stock cement availability, while coordinate relevant operational and PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI) to ensure customer satisfaction with efficient operational cost. This function also manage the task force meeting for improvement between Logistic, PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI), Warehouses and Production Dept and including ISO and Rail Way Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education Bachelor's Degree or Diploma all major
• Good understanding on rail operation, min. 3 years work experience
• Good understanding on dispatching process from wagon loading point (packhouse) until delivery to the customer (warehouses), min. 3 years work experience
• Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, dispatch process; min. 3 year work experience
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
• Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Good problem solving skills.
• A good understanding of the cement distributions

• Delivers quality system to the customers
• Understanding of DLN combustion system hardware or software
• Plans, prepare and/or instructs both internal and external training programs as required to import and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in the area specialization

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge and proven experience on Gas/Steam turbine control operation system
•  Good sense of safety and security
•  Good management and leadership skills as the position requires to delegate manpower
•  Troubleshooting skills in the case where there are problems in the machinery
•  Able to work efficiently, independently without direct supervision
•  Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners
•  Must be a good team player, as the position requires working with the service managers, supervisors as well as engineers from other functional fields
•  Strong customer service-oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the assignment details
