Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum 27 years old by February 2011
• Able to working under pressure
• Proficient in English both verbal and written
• Having organizational experience
• Having good analytical, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Having good selling skill and interested in marketing
• Willing to be placed in all BSM operational areas
• Willing to not married during the MDP education process
