Leadership & Management Development Consultant
Responsibilities:
- To provide effective and comprehensive leadership and management competency development cycle and solution, tailored to the clients' needs and company business goals. The solutions include: Learning Needs Analysis, Design and Develop learning program objectives and methods, Implement learning strategies, and Provide evaluation & monitoring tools for on-the-job learning impact that supports and responds to departmental & organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Education : Tertiary education in Social Science, Psychology is an advantage
- Experience : 5 years experiences in people development
- Demonstrate success in leadership in a range of workplace settings and learning context
- Demonstrate expertise in the Analysis, Design and Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of Learning
- Experience in working in a diverse range of cultures and urban and rural location including process plants
- Computer literacy: MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Language : Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Certified in training & learning facilitating
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good at developing plans
- Wide coverage in HR-based competency
- Have ability to interact with all levels
MDR (Marketing Development Representative)
Responsibilities:
- This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, cost renovation analysis, and business development adviser
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Architectural and/ or Civil Engineering or any
- Experience: 2 years experience on Sales marketing or key account,
- He/ she able to calculating BOQ and renovation cost analysis
- Has a good presentation, communication and negotiation skill
- Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
- Team player person and enjoy teamwork
- Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
- Having driving license (A/C)
- Willing to stay East Java and Bali
- Computer literacy
- Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
