BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Purpose:
  • To ensure positive development of adidas brand image through brand concepts in key categories, to support sustainable and profitable market share growth in SEA by providing effective and efficient communication of key messages across all appropriate communication channels.
Accountabilities
  • Execute the communication & sports marketing plans and detailed budgets for country/ SEA, including PR execution
  • Input country media and e-marketing needs into SEA plans
  • Ensure global/SEA marketing guidelines are upheld during execution of concepts to local market
  • Implementation of Marketing Events
  • Support the control of existing asset agreements (product and servicing)
  • Ensure timely and sufficient equipment support to Sports Marketing partners with the material contractually agreed and ensure on- and off-field visibility
  • Reporting of country communication trends, including competitor analysis
  • Elaborate and implement the Brand Communications & Sports Marketing plan, within the brand guidelines, integrating the effort of the creative, media, online, BTL and PR agencies
  • Support Sales development by execution of appropriate brand communications support
  • Elaborate local campaigns, within the brand guidelines and SEA media communications plan
  • Ensure translation into cost efficient media plans and implementation across all appropriate communication channels and tools
  • Ad hoc SEA wide projects
  • Maintain close contact with the sports agencies or clubs
  • Management of promo stock at country level
  • Follow up with involved parties within the e-marketing and communication process
  • Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers)
  • Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications
  • Min. 3 years experience in Brand Communications/Brand Marketing/Public Relations, preferably from FMCG, advertising/PR agency
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, innovative and comfortable in changing environment
Finance Temporary Staf
Responsibilities:
  • Receive invoices from vendors every Monday & Tuesday and checking the completion of supporting documents (PO, DO, tax invoices).
  • Distribute the invoices to the users to get the approval.
  • Receive data for all petty cash (HO & WH), reimbursement, travel exp. and checking the completion of documents.
  • Perform the journal entries for AP, Inventory and related ones
  • Prepare transfer letter/cheques for the payment to vendors
  • Fax the approval transfer letter to the bank.
  • Assist in updating and posting the non trade purchase invoice with approved PO.
  • Ensure and maintain a systematic file system for safekeeping. All the transactions record to be kept at least for a number of years as required by local law
Requirements:
  • Accounting/Finance background
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
