  • Secure new business and new client related to Co-loading client.
  • Keep existing co-loading client and increase sales volume.
  • Increasing Damco reputation in co-loading market.
  • Making marketing and sales tools for airfreight co-loading business.
  • Build relationship with airlines to ensure price and service level.
  • At least 2 years experience in airfreight and logistics. Preferably with airline or freight forwarding back ground.
  • Good influencing and negotiating skills.
  • An ability to manage a complex workload.
  • Good communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Well problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate across various levels both internally and externally.
  • Customer focused/Solution Oriented.
  • Enjoy building & developing relationship with both prospects and customers.
