Job Description:
- Assist and proposed people development strategy
- Implementation people development program
- Supervise people development activities
- Define people development subject align with people assessment
- Maping manpower position and succession mapping
Requirement:
- S -1 all major preferebly Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Working experience in Human Capital Development minimum 3 - 4 years
- Computer (MS Office)
- English (Oral and Written)
- Managerial ability
- Knowledge of employee management system
- Ability to develop organization
- Familiar with Public speaking
