Reward and Resourcing Manager
Role and Responsibility :
- Reporting to the Country HR Head
- Responsible for implementing Compensation and Benefit policies and payroll
- Advise and implement compensation and benefit scheme to align with global and regional policies.
- Conduct job evaluation
- Conduct periodic compensation studies and prepare trend analysis
- Responsible for implementation of performance management
- Handling SAP and generate report
- Implement employment policy to ensure compliance with local, regional and global policies
- Initiate and process resourcing, conduct reference check to advise best candidate.
- Conduct induction program to new employees
Requirement:
- Graduated from reputable university with minimum 5 years experience in human resource from multi national company.
- Mastering with human resource policies and procedures
- Have good knowledge of job evaluation using Hay method or Mercer
- Have good knowledge of methodology and analysis
- Familiar with resourcing methodology and process
- Familiar with both technical and behaviors competency evaluation.
- Familiar with Human Resource information System or SAP
- Familiar with income tax regulation
- Communicate well in English both verbal and written
