Reward and Resourcing Manager

Role and Responsibility :

  • Reporting to the Country HR Head
  • Responsible for implementing Compensation and Benefit policies and payroll
  • Advise and implement compensation and benefit scheme to align with global and regional policies.
  • Conduct job evaluation
  • Conduct periodic compensation studies and prepare trend analysis
  • Responsible for implementation of performance management
  • Handling SAP and generate report
  • Implement employment policy to ensure compliance with local, regional and global policies
  • Initiate and process resourcing, conduct reference check to advise best candidate.
  • Conduct induction program to new employees


  • Graduated from reputable university with minimum 5 years experience in human resource from multi national company.
  • Mastering with human resource policies and procedures
  • Have good knowledge of job evaluation using Hay method or Mercer
  • Have good knowledge of methodology and analysis
  • Familiar with resourcing methodology and process
  • Familiar with both technical and behaviors competency evaluation.
  • Familiar with Human Resource information System or SAP
  • Familiar with income tax regulation
  • Communicate well in English both verbal and written
