General Affair (GAS)


Responsibilities:

  • Managing company procurement, maintaining and updating legal contracts, agreement corporate documents, controlling daily operational, maintaining and managing office environment, able to engage and build report


Requirements:

  • Female preferable
  • Age between 27-30 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in Law/Economic/Management/English Literature
  • Committed, fast worker, able to meet and can stand with the high demands in fast-paced environment
  • Having min 3 years relevant experience
  • Good understanding of legal matters
  • Strong Ms. Excel skill is required
  • Good networking, creative


Customer Service Staff (CSS)


Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer, problem escalation and follow up, handling administration job


Requirements:

  • Female/Male
  • Age between 23-28 years old
  • Hold min D3 degree in any major
  • Having min 1 year experience in related field
  • Having experience in SAP will be advantage
  • Familiar with customer service report
  • Customer oriented

Pre-Sales Staff (PSS)

Responsibilities:

  • SI/end user direct approach/visit, new product launch/support, pre-sales training, market technology analysis.


Requirements:

  • Male preferable
  • Age between 22 - 25 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
  • Well knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, Java or Delphi programming language, operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix), TCP/IP networking
  • Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Self starter, target oriented, and willing to travel.

Administration / Cum Accounting Staff (ACC)

Responsibilities:

  • PO creation, order processing, order monitoring & management, accounts payable, invoice receiving, general accounting, logistic cost management, FDI calculation, material master maintenance


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 24-28 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in Accounting preferably, fresh graduates with min 1 year experience
  • Well knowledge of MS Office
  • Having knowledge of SAP (MM Module) will be advantage

IFRS/JSOX/Internal Control Staff (JSOX)

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing/reviewing IFRS & JSOX implementation, reviewing company rule & regulation, handling internal/external audit, company assets management, general accounting


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 24-28 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in Accounting
  • Having 3-7 years experiences
  • Well knowledge of MS. Office.

LFP TS Engineer Staff (LTS)


Responsibilities:

  • Technical onsite support, hands on customer service and LFP technical support, customer service report, onsite support


Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age between 24-30 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in IT/Computer Science
  • Having min 1 year as customer service/technical support
  • Having experience at digital printing/color management will be advantage
  • Strong analytical skill, willing to work under pressure and customer oriented, adobe advance skill.

LFP Sales Engineer Staff (LSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and operating daily sales of Epson Large Format Printer, product training, demonstration, market analysis, managing/maintaining customer relationship and sales activities to achieve target


Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age between 23-28 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring IT/Computer Science
  • Having min 1 year experience in IT sales/marketing

Branch Head - Makassar (BHMK)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales reporting to Dept. Head Manager, managing the branch for achieving sales target and profit, manage number of customers under his/her territory and maintain good relationship with channels and partners, involve in product market improvement and development (STP), analyze sales data for formulation global marketing plans and strategies, systematically identify, analyze and perform risk assessment through financial analyze and internal auditing.


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 30-35 years old
  • HOld min S1 degree in any major
  • Having experience in sales/product management min 3 years
  • Excellent presentation and management skill
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Domicile in each area stated above (Makassar)
  • Willing to travel.

  • Male preferable, fresh graduates (experienced preferably)
  • Age between 22 - 26 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
  • Well knowledge of Visual Basic or Delphi programming language, operating system (Windows/Linux/Unix), TCP/IP networking
  • Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
  • Good communication and presentation skills, high initiative, target oriented, ambitious, willing to travel.

Consumables Staff (CSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop consumables in retail channel market, manage related sales activities to achieve target, maintain close relationship with channel


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 23-30 years old
  • Having min S1 degree in any major
  • Having min 2 year as IT sales (In consumables product preferable), proven track record, good presentation skill, willing to travel

HRD & GA Manager / Assistant Manager (HRM)


Responsibilities:

  • Developing & maintaining mainly HRD function


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 30-35 years old
  • Hold S1 degree majoring Law/Economics/Management
  • Experienced min 3 years, good leadership, interpersonal skill ability, analytical thinking and well knowledge of HR strategic management, mature, strong Ms. Excel skill is required.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Indonesia, independent, good team work, good communication skill, min. GPA 3.00, computer literate
