OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP) 

General Qualifications:

• Male / Female 
• Height: Males at least 160 cm and Women 155 cm 
• Physically healthy and weight proportional. 
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written. 
• Computer literate, at least MS Office. 
• Willing to be stationed in all parts of Indonesia. 
• Willing to undergo bond department for 5 years. 

Special Qualifications:

1. Maximum age 27 years (not to repeat the year to 28 per February 1, 2011. 
2. Education minimum S1 Degree from the PTN / PTS leading and a reputable, preferably from the majors: 
• Economics (Banking, Accounting and Development Studies) 
• Law (Civil and Criminal) 
• Computer Science / Information Management / Engineering 
• Informatics 
• Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural) 
• Psychology 
• Statistics 
• PR (Public Relations) 
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale) 
4. Have never been married and are willing to not get married for 2 years.
