Responsibilities:
* Designation :Resident Architect

* Qualification :Degree recognized by BOA (Board of Architects)
* Job Profile :
* Plan and monitor project to ensure that the budget, delivery, schedule, technical, safety & quality aspect are met.
* Co-ordinate change control within the assigned areas and project's development
* Ensure that works and priorities are defined within the project objectives
* Review client's comments and respond to customer's queries
* Provide management with regulates updates and report on the development of the projects
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
* Min experience 5 yrs in large scale projects, including curtain wall construction, interior works, landscaping external works and all other related works
* Relevant experience in Park project with landscaping system (eg: Irrigation works) would be an advantage

* Required skill(s): Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. Job role in Architect or equivalent.
